1.1 By accessing or using Trader AI's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.
1.2 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Trader AI, Inc. ("Trader AI", "we", "us", or "our") regarding your use of our cryptocurrency trading platform and related services.

3.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. Do not share your credentials with anyone.
3.3 You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your credentials.
3.4 We may require identity verification (KYC) before allowing full access to our services. You agree to provide accurate documentation and authorize us to verify your identity through third-party services.
3.5 One person may maintain only one account unless explicitly authorized by us in writing. Multiple accounts may be terminated and any funds forfeited if violated.
Important: Trader AI will never ask for your password or seed phrases. Never share your credentials with anyone, including anyone claiming to be our support staff. All official communication will come from domains ending in @traderai.com.
4.1 All cryptocurrency transactions are executed at the prevailing market price at the time your order is matched. Prices are determined by our order matching system and may differ from prices on other exchanges.
4.2 You acknowledge that cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile. The value of digital assets can change dramatically in short periods, and past performance is not indicative of future results.
4.3 Orders are processed immediately upon matching, subject to available liquidity. We cannot guarantee execution at specific prices or times. Order execution is final and irreversible.
4.4 You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of transaction details before confirming any trade. Transactions sent to incorrect addresses may not be recoverable.

5.1 Fees for our services are displayed on our Fee Schedule page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. All fees are subject to change with notice.
Current Fee Structure:
Trading Fees: 0.10% - 0.25% per trade (based on volume tier)
Deposit Fees: Free for bank transfers, 1.5% for credit cards
Withdrawal Fees: Network fee + $1.00 processing fee
Conversion Fees: 0.5% for internal conversions
5.2 Fees are calculated at the time of transaction and are deducted from the transaction amount or your account balance as applicable.
5.3 Network fees (gas fees for Ethereum, miner fees for Bitcoin, etc.) are charged at cost and may vary based on network congestion. These fees are not retained by Trader AI.
5.4 You are responsible for all taxes applicable to your transactions. We do not provide tax advice and recommend consulting a qualified tax professional.

7.1 Trader AI owns all intellectual property rights in our platform, including our logo, design, text, graphics, software code, and AI models. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.
7.2 Our platform may include content from third parties, including market data providers. This content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced without permission.
7.3 You retain ownership of the cryptocurrencies in your account. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to use your data as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations.
7.4 You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our platform. Any attempt to extract proprietary AI models or trading algorithms is strictly prohibited.
8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trader AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
8.2 Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
